This is a fantastic product. LOVE it! This is the fourth one I've purchased, two for myself and then gifts for others. It's easy to use, easy to clean and the madelienes come out lovely :)

I used this form several times and it never failed. Easy to handle, non-stick surface works great. The only thing I dislike is result of silicone properties - it bends. So when I bake, the bottom of the form gets pressed against the cookie sheath which browns madeleines at the bottom a bit more than I would like. Otherwise, excellent.
