I've always wanted a cooling rack. This one is the best because it fits inside a half sheet pan.

The small grids, large holding capacity & safe for oven use capability make this a multipurpose must in any kitchen. The additional support of the grid pattern prevents cookies from warping and provides an excellent drying surface if dipping & coating fish, meat or vegetables. It is also works great in the oven. Place it in a baking sheet pan to provide extra circulation while reheating/warming items or to keep porkchops out of the grease or sauce. Well worth the price. It's a must for any kitchen.

I can't take credit for this other than to say the review on America's test kitchen was spot on. This is a wonderful rack. It is sized for a half-sheet pan, so regular grocery store pans like my own are to small to properly accommodate this rack. ATK recommends the Lincoln half-sheet pan for use with the rack.

Finally, a cooling rack that fits properly inside a rimmed cookie sheet, also has small openings so it holds all sizes of food. Should have purchased two of them! Thanks Cooks Illustrated for the recommendation!
