This is my second one August 12, 2010 E. Chamness I was given this exact same knife about 5 years ago and loved it! Unfortunately, my husband also loved it and it disappeared into his garage, never to be seen again. The handle has a wonderful, solid feel to it and the plastic coating is smooth and even wet, my hands don't slip around on the grip. I am actually going to buy several of them as they are fantastic steak knives. I'm just going to hide this one!!
An Average Utility Knife August 12, 2010 Abernathy (USA) The knife blade is thick side to side, so it does not cut through food as easily as the average steak knife. Only average compared to other knives I have owned. I'll stay with steak knives until something better comes along.
Excellent affordable alternative to an expensive German serrated June 20, 2010 Valiant Crusader The quality of this knife is excellent, really competitive with the expensive German ones. For the average or semi-pro cook, it's essential. For somebody who really doesn't cook but wants to slice a tomato every once in a while, it's the only knife you will ever need. Many, many uses.
My second buy of this one! May 9, 2010 J. Holmes
This is my favorite knife. That's why I bought a second one. Now my family knows to leave mine ALONE!
great knife February 16, 2010 B. A. Parenteau 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I was very excited to find this short serrated knife. Usually they are long bread knives or have wimpy, wobbly knife blades. This works great for cutting meat, slicing muffins and bagels and cutting a pile of vegetables. I love the sturdy blade and the soft grip handle is wonderful. Nice job on delivery Amazon!
