I've owned this can opener for a few weeks now and I am so impressed! This can opener has easily opened any type of can I give it. It is so easy to operate and there is no mess! You will not be disappointed and for this price you cannot go wrong!

I just used this can opener for the first time this morning, and it worked just great. I read where some were disappointed that it doesn't stop automatically, but the user manual states that fact very clearly, and it's no big deal to me. Also, I really like the looks of this thing. Visually, it's quite a few steps up from the usual white can opener, and it goes with all my appliances. Overall, I'm very happy with it.

I have never owned a can opener that I can truly say is amazing!! It cuts the top right of the can from the side. No sharp edges to worry about! The can opener feels very well built as well as the cutting mechanism. It took me a minute to use the 1st time as it was a completely different mechanism to cutting, but after that, smooth opening. The only thing improvement I could suggest is when you lock the top down to cut the can that it would stay locked until cut open.

I was so tired of my hands aching when I had to open more than one or two cans at a time. My last electric can opener was about twenty years ago, and it was ugly and not that effective. This one is a beauty. Sleek and goes real well with stainless appliances. BUT it is my hands that are happiest! I love that there are no sharp edges to cut anything- I used a dish towel when I twisted off the first lid, figuring it would "get" me..but it does not. Very happy with my two week old purchase.
