There isn't much to say as the product is simply exactly what was needed.
The item was promptly delivered in good condition and I am drinking brewed coffee again.

The item was shipped promptly and packed well. The only problem was that we expected it to have a top included and that had to be bought separately.

Arrived on time and exactly as expected. Clearly advertised without lid. Had saved lid from old broken carafe and fit perfectly on the new one. Would purchase from this vendor again.

The carafe was a genuine Krups carafe. This was not a "Universal" or generic carafe. The picture was accurate, and the new carafe fit my existing lid perfectly. So remember to keep the lid from your damaged carafe before you discard it, or you will have to order another part. I highly recommend the product and vendor.

All I have to say is if your Krups carafe breaks, save the plastic lid. It's not included with the replacement carafe.
