Amazon.com Review Ideal for one person or two, this compact electric griddle with its 8-1/2-by-10-1/2-inch cooking surface cooks four fried eggs or two good-sized steaks. Coated with a slightly textured, durable nonstick finish, the griddle requires very little grease, thereby producing healthier food. For fattier meats like bacon, a built-in channel along one end catches drippings. When the griddle's heat control is removed, the unit is fully submersible in warm, soapy water. The 1000-watt griddle plugs into any 120-volt outlet and automatically maintains temperatures ranging from warm to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Made of cast aluminum that resists warping and distributes heat evenly, the griddle measures 14-3/4 by 10 by 2-1/2 inches (the heat-resistant leg-handle units can be unscrewed for even more compact storage), and is covered by a one-year warranty against defects. --Ann Bieri
Product Description Just right for cooking pancakes and bacon for one or two, or burgers for four, this compact griddle might be just what's called for in a small apartment, an RV or a second home. Not only do you not need to add fat while cooking, thanks to the premium non-stick finish, what fat does accrue during cooking runs off into a trough, making this a healthy way to sautE.

liddle griddle February 21, 2010 Dennis M. Moore great griddle. seniors you will love this griddle also. great for mom &dad. Dont buy the large type thinking ill use it when the kids come over. buy the little griddle and enjoy cooking for two.I have had this griddle for years and have enjoyed. This one is for some one newly retired.
Liddle Griddle is great! February 10, 2010 Tonya Marshall (Coquille, OR USA) It's perfect for one to three people; I can get up to 6 hamburger patties on it.
The heating is even over the surface. Cooks great pancakes. The small size makes storage easy.
The non-stick surface is a snap to clean and it is even dishwasher safe.
What else can it say about a griddle? I love it.
little griddle January 30, 2010 Ms. Aileen D. Graeber perfect size for one. have yet to see anything similar in stores. price perfect. stove top griddles just don't cook as even as this griddle does. I am very very pleased with this product and would recommend it 100%.
super item January 9, 2010 Lois E. Danielson (Hagerman, NM) We spend a lot of time in our motorhome. We have a very small kitchen working area. I was delighted when I received the Liddle Griddle. We love it. We use it almost every day. Great product.
Presto liddle griddle January 9, 2010 P. Johnson (Pengilly, MN USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Cute liddle thing. Feet have no rubber pads, it slides all over the counter. The temp seems to run about 10 degrees higher than the dial setting, measured with an IR device. Heat is quite even over the entire surface. The grease channel has to be dumped, kind of messey with a hot griddle. I use a slice of old bread to mop it out, real treat for my puppy. Plan on trying a silicon mat under it in hopes that it will stay put better. I use egg rings, so the small size hasn't been a problem.
UPDATE: A "Silpat" brand half sheet silicon bake mat is perfect for a base to keep the "Liddle" from sliding.
