3 out of 5 stars Could have been 5 stars   November 30, 2009

This would be the perfect food processor except for two things. First, the one inch gap above the slicer/grater blade means you lose the last inch of every food you put in for slicing. Second, the extra strong suction cup feet make it next to impossible to move. If you have a permanent space for this appliance on your kitchen counter, that could be a plus because they do hold it firmly in place. If you can live with these two shortcomings, then I certainly recommend this processor. Otherwise, you should keep shopping.

5 out of 5 stars Love this Processor !!   September 24, 2009

I bought this processor refurbished and absolutely love it. It came as described, in "Mint" condition, still packaged in what looked like the original packaging. While I saved some money, I did not sacrifice quality. The processor works excellent and is just what I have been looking for !!

4 out of 5 stars Great!   September 7, 2009

I received this processor as a gift about a year and a half ago. I use it at least once a week. It's still working just like the day I got it. It does a great job. I haven't had any problems at all. And it is very easy to clean.

I have owned this processor for 4.5 years and really given it a good work out. I entertain a lot! The price and capacity is what made me choose this over the Cusinart.
As people mentioned the cylinder by the mouth is hard to keep clean, which has now led to the lid of the chute cracking and breaking into 2. I wanted to buy a replacement bowl as the motor is still powerful and everything else works great, but unfortunately its not available so I am going to get another one of these machines.

This product does an excellent job. Before I purchased it, I went around to stores such as Walmart, Target, etc. The price on Amazon was the lowest. The only negative thing about the product is the suction cups on the bottom. Since I leave my processor out on my counter, I'm constantly wiping down the counter, and the suction cups make it very difficult to move the processor.
