This is over rated. Not very large capacity. I would spend my money on something larger. However this is great for just a small fryer

This product is great. I can make homemade bat wings anytime I have a craving. I simply fill the basket full of wings, lower the basket in the oil, close the lid and set the timer. It's that easy! Stays cool to the touch while frying. The only draw back is when I clean it; draining the oil can be cumbersome.

So I bought this after seeing how much I was spending on hot wings from a local pizza joint per week. At first I was a little concerned about capacity as it can only make like 10-12 wings at a time. After making the first batch, I came to realize 10-12 at a time is a decent one person serving size. I then made a plate of them for a cookout and they were a huge hit. The convenience of having the ability to make wings whenever I want (just try and order wings at 3 am) or any other fried foods, far outweighs the somewhat messy cleanup. The ready light, timer, and temp setting all make this a very easily used frier. I would reccomend this to my friends and family.
