This Presto CoolDaddy electric deep fryer includes several features that help you make tasty fried chicken, fish, shrimp, and French fries for up to six people. Its adjustable thermostat ranges from 250 to 375 degrees F, and its bright red indicator light signals when the oil has reached the desired temperature so food cooks no longer than necessary. A viewing window lets you track progress without opening the cover, and an included wire basket with an exterior handle means you can prevent spatters by lowering food into hot oil with the lid down. Smart in structure, the fryer has a cool-touch exterior and a locking cover with a push-button latch for safety. Its anti-odor charcoal air filter removes without hassle, and the interior cooking pot is nonstick for quick cleanup. The wire interior basket features small holes--good for draining oil off while keeping small pieces in. Not being a frequesnt fryer (yuk yuk) I wanted a device that was small, designed for safety and easy to clean. The plastic body prevents accidental burns and the hinged lid minimizes hot oil spray. The oil bucket removes for cleaning and the rest can be wiped down with a cloth. The CoolDaddy keeps an accurate temperature. The bucket with basket is about the right size for a small family or cooking for guests. A magneticly attached power cord is another safety feature. It takes up about as much storage space as a 2 quart pot. I would recommend the CoolDaddy Fryer.

I really like this deep fryer, it does the job and is easy to clean. Also, I like the fact that it's not too heavy. I would definitely recommend it to people.

The best fryer ever. I deep fried wings, calamari, fries, shrimps. All came out great. Cleaning very easy, the top and basket come out and you can wash it. Everything stores in side. couldn't ask for more. Shipping with amazon is the best , I love to buy stuff of this site. Will recomend to others.

This deep fryer is very easy to clean as the container for the oil comes out and can be washed in the dishwasher. I also put the basket in the dishwasher but not the handle as I don't usually have room on the top rack. I hadn't owned a deep fryer for a long time because we don't eat many deep fried foods but for our limited needs, this works fine.

I found this deep fryer for $10.00 cheaper on Amazon about 4 weeks before it was offered in stores at this price. My children ages 12-16 are able to use this safely. Everything comes out nice and brown. Highly recommend this deep fryer.
