 A PERFECT product .... Finally! February 4, 2010

This is by far the most awesome kitchen appliance I have purchased. It seems to cook everything I throw into it flawlessly. I have tried white, brown, wild and boxed (rice-o-roni type) and they all turn out perfect. My wife has made cakes with this unit and it comes out well also. I use it for making gravy during the holidays, soups, spaghetti and meatball etc. this list is too numerous to keep going on. Bravo Panasonic!
Works Well So Far June 27, 2009

Have owned this rice cooker approximately three months. So far I have found it easy to use (this is my first one) and the results have always been very good. Typically I use brown rice, but have also used white and other whole grain rices with good results. Also, have steamed vegetables several times and they came our PERFECT! I find it easy to clean, unlike some other reviewers. I especially like that I can set it up and then forget about it until it's time to eat. Hasn't let me down yet. Also, like being able to cook things like steel cut oats overnight to awake to a perfect porridge without having to stand over the stove stirring every few minutes for half an hour. Always thought rice cookers were silly things that took up space, but have changed my mind since owning this one.

I bought this product seven months ago. After two months, it did not work. I sent it to Panasonic Repair Center. Then I end it up to deal with Panasonic's bad service. After I sent my Rice Cooker. I did not hear from them for two months. I called them. They could not find out where was my Rice Cooker is event thought I had the UPS receive to track that they already received my Rice Cooker. I called them three times and spoke to the supervisor of customer service. Each time, they said they need to check with repair center and promise that they will call me back next day. But I never got their call. I asked them to send me a letter to notify me (I received another vendor when I sent my product to that vendor repair). The Represent from Panasonic said that she was not allow to mail letter to customer.... What a bad service!
Fantastic June 9, 2009
Rice Rookie
We've used this product a few times on various grains (most of which aren't listed in the manual) and every time, the food comes out perfect. We had a Cuisinart rice cooker before this one and the starchy liquid always poured out all over the counter even when we put in the exact amount the manual said. With this cooker, we have had zero problems and it is a snap to clean. I would highly recommend this product.

This is the third rice cooker I have owned. I never knew that the rice cooker could make that much difference, but it does! The rice tastes much better!
