Purchased the product and it was shipped. I only found out that it is not suitable for use in the uk when it arrived. There was no warning to this fact on their advert and the fact they were shipping to the uk did not seem to bother them, they would rather just take the money for the sale than phone to tell me it is not suitable. Sadly for me I purchased four of them as well. Not very happy

This item was way bigger than I thought it was going to be and I was dissappointed to find out that you needed to plug it in. great idea for my dad who can't get enough ice cream but not very convenient.

we were at a friends house one night and were struggling to scoop out
some really frozen ice cream.my husband said i wonder if theres an eletric
ice cream scooper out there. if not ill invent one. so i looked online and found this one and bought 2, one for me and one for a friend.
