 L*O*V*E Rocket Grill #RG72 ... BUT Knob broke after 7th use! June 14, 2010

I love the rocket grill. It's quick and convenient. However, I have had a few bags break, and the knob just broke after about the 7th use. I have to wait about a month to get another or pay outrageous shipping. I'll wait, and keep using, but beware! :D

I was given the Rocket Grill as a birthday gift. It was terriffic for about two weeks. Then the timer knob broke and no longer could I use the Grill. Since I have no receipt I did have no way to return it or get a new grill. Just sits on the counter in the garage.
It was nice for the first two weeks and did all that was promised.

This is the best product I could have every stumbled upon and I'm so glad I did.
Because of my curiosity for new and time saver things sometimes I get jipped. But not on this one. Fantastic price, great product, easy on time, health, and no clean up. Wow if only they would make something like this to make icecream.

Great Grill. But bags are so tiny that I use three to cook a medium size meal for one AND from start to finish that is 30 Minutes with the first item stone cold by the time item three is ready. Sunbeam should be more upfront about severe size limitations and that bags are costing three times as much due to volume used for one meal.Works well for tiny appetites.Also Sunbeam will not say what RG # the grill is anywhere on the Handbook or the front of the grill and refuse to say what the difference is between various models.Works great.

I like this with reservations. It certainly removes all the grease from your food but it also squeezes it a lot. You have to be sure to use the lighter setting when making sandwiches or it squeezes the insides out. I guess it's all a learning curve thing. I could live without it but I do like it for quick meals for myself. Great for Italian sausage. Flattens it a bit but that's part of the reason I like it. And, of course, the best part....NO CLEAN UP!!! This is one of many of my kitchen toys I just had to try!
