The first Delonghi coffee maker we got from Amazon was not working correctly so we sent it back and they immediately replaced it. The new one works perfectly and makes the coffee hot!!! It is excellent!!!

This coffee maker is everything I want it to be for the price. It makes coffee. The coffee tastes good. It is easy to program. It beeps every 15 mins to let you know how fresh your coffee is, which is both a really nice reminder to get another cup and a little stressful. It turns itself off after an hour. The only annoying things about it are: (1) you can only set the time in one direction, so if you skip past your desired time, or want to schedule it earlier, you need to scroll through the other 23 hours in the day and (2) for some reason it steams up the clock area when it makes coffee.

I've had this coffee maker for 6 weeks now with an average use of 5x/week. I haven't had any problems yet. It has great timer which is essentially what I was looking for in an automated coffee maker. The slow brewing is a nice feature which helps with the flavor. Yes, the auto beep that you hear every 15 minutes for the first hour is a little disconcerting, however, it just serves as a reminder that your coffee is getting old. There's an auto shut off feature which is nice, since I forget to turn the pot off before I leave for work. The auto timer setting could be a little easier to use. Unfortunately, when setting for a certain time, you have to push the button down and wait for it to cycle the whole 24 hours to get to your specified time without any way to go forward or backward, but it's a fast cycle and I have a few seconds to spare to set it. No major issues so far, and I'm quite satisfied with it for the price I paid which was 59.95 at Target.

we thought long and hard over the lage capacity,but then we realized we have many visitors and the large capacity comes in handy ,also we like the no spill spout when pouring even when very full.
however we are still waiting for the promised factory rebate after two months of the purchase !

This is the worst coffeemaker I have ever purchased. It has the most annoying beep every 15 minutes to let you know it is still on. The coffee is not hot when the brewing is finished and it only keeps it lukewarm for 2 hours. After 1 hour you certainly have to put your coffee in the microwave to heat it up. But the best feature of this coffeemaker is that it only lasted 6 WEEKS!!!! Can you imagine that, it stopped working, died dead in a month and a half. I have purchased other DeLonghi products, but our relationship is permanently ended, kaput. We put the coffeemaker in the trash bin, exactly where it belongs. Cusinart makes a much better product, the Italians should pay attention to their competition!!
