Not much to say. I've used about 4' of this and so far it works well. Its more heavy duty than I thought it would be, that's a good thing. Takes labeling well with a sharpie.

Foodsaver bags used to be perfect. I could reuse them many times and sealing was never a problem.
I usually buy a big pack (4 large rolls, two small rolls and 20 or so pre-cut bags) which lasts for about a year. Well, the bags I bought this year are different. They feel different, sort of "crisper" to the touch and are a pain to seal when I want to reuse them because now a wrinkle forms near the middle of the bag as the machine sucks the air out preventing it from sealing correctly, as if the bag had been stretched (except that it hadn't).
Still have bags from last year which seal perfectly when I reuse them.
Just to clarify, when the bags are new (first use) they seal fine. The problem starts when you wash and reuse them. This was never a problem before.

We use these bags to freeze fresh fish and other meats that could easily taste bad after frozen storage. They won't allow for freezer burn and they keep the food very fresh when you vacuum seal it. We use them for freezing plates of food for reheating--you have to slightly freeze the food first so it doesn't squish. We used them for marinating as well. You can just put in all the ingredients with whatever you are flavoring, and then seal it up after removing most of the air by hand. If you try to vacuum liquids, they come right out. Then you can continue to turn the bag so you get the most coverage by the marinate. What some people may not know is that you can use these like boil-in bags too. Also, you don't need the bags all the time. You can use a Food Saver to seal up any bag that has been sealed before. This means like, chips, cereal, crackers, pretzels, waffles, lunchmeat, dried fruit, brown sugar, rice, etc. We save literally hundreds on groceries because easily stale items can stay fresh all the way to the bottom of the bag. I see my 10 year old son using the food saver to seal up his gummy candies and save his half-eaten bags of snacks for the next time. If you cut a food saver bag taller than it needs to be, then you can cut it a little lower every time, so you can open and close your product and keep using the same bag, I do this with my flour and cornmeal storage. They are great for camping and travel as well, totally waterproof when sealed, and fairly durable. Sure beats the ziploc bags. The bags are also washable and reusable, so I would like to think that we are producing much less waste. So having said all this, you may think at first that this is expensive, but it is truly a tremendous value. I like using the rolls vs. the ready made bags because I can just cut the right length as needed. No waste. As far as the service I received, they came very quickly by mail, and I have no complaints whatsoever. I don't think I would want to run a household without my Food Saver.

You can get a better deal at Wal Mart by buying their "extra value pack" for the food saver which has 3 rolls of 11" x 18' and 2 rolls of 8" x 22' for about $40.
